More Than Just Rewards – the Phoenix Controls President’s Cup

More than simply having representatives sell our products; Phoenix Controls maintains a relationship
with them – providing sales tools, seeking feedback and input, rewarding performance. There’s also a
sales meeting where everyone – our staff and partners ‐ has an opportunity to share stories of wins and
losses, train on new products, and attend voice‐of‐the‐customer sessions.
The awards ceremony is always a high point of the sales meeting, recognition for the valued
contributions of our sales partners. At the pinnacle of awards for multiple levels and multiple categories
of achievement is the President’s Cup for an outstanding performance that seems to embody more than
just making the numbers and personify the values and standards that exemplify Phoenix Controls itself.
This year the President’s Cup went to CriticalAire in Cincinnati, Ohio.
“It’s always a good moment when we present this award,” says Phoenix Controls General Manager Rich
Stakutis. “More than just a pat on the back or a congratulatory job well done, the President’s Cup means
the recipient somehow represents the ideals and aspirations of the company.”
